At Brentwood day Nursery, we aim to be transparent and fair with our fee structure. Please take note of the following:

• Fees are charged for all booked sessions, including those missed due to holidays or sickness
• Bank holidays are charged at 50% of the usual daily fee
• As a small nursery with limited spaces, we are unable to offer sibling discounts at this time

We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to provide high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment.

• Nutritious Meals, Snacks, and Drinks
  Children enjoy balanced meals and snacks throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, tea, and drinks. Menus are thoughtfully planned to introduce a variety of tastes and textures
• Creative Materials
  Access to a wide range of craft and cookery materials, encouraging creativity and hands-on learning
• Online Learning Journal
  Regular updates and observations on your child’s development through our online platform, keeping you connected to their progress
• School-Ready Pack
  A special pack with materials and information to prepare school leavers for their next adventure
• Enhanced Teaching Programmes
  Engaging sessions including Yoga, Outdoor Explorers, Drama, Music, and Makaton, designed to support holistic development

Payments & Invoicing 

• We charge £40 deposit fee to secure your place, this will be deducted off your first invoice. *
• We charge a non-refundable registration fee when we send your first invoice. The registration fee includes a nursery uniform top, nursery library book bag, toothbrush (for use at nursery), place mat, art journal and subscription to the EY App. 
• Invoices are due by the 1st of each month
• Invoices are sent through our convenient paperless system via the EY app

*Children receiving ‘Early Learning for 2 year olds’ funding, accessing funded only hours or a child receiving EYPP are not charged a deposit or registration fee
